Members Forum |
The evening will start at 7.30pm, please arrive prompt as doors
open 7.00pm. The format will be as last year, following that which
is similar to the "any other business" section at the end of the
AGM. We encourage all members who would like to come along
to the evening, to join in the discussion and debate the matters
important to you. We will also use the evening to inform you of
any up to date information about our winter and summer events.
Tea and Coffee will be available at the interval. |

Halloween Camping |
Join
Notts DA for their annual Halloween meet. Ghoulies and
Ghosties and long leggedy beasties abound and then there are
those DA members who dress up too !! So come along if you dare,
just let your hair down and join in the fun. Our really scary kids
can and certainly will do trick or treat in controlled safety on site
so bring your goody bags. Music and Games on Friday, Grand
Halloween Social on the Saturday with a winter stew and raffle.

Bonfire Meet |
Site opens at 12.00 noon Friday. Bonfire on
the Saturday with
prizes for your Guy Fawkes, Food will be available shortly after
5.00pm and there will be prizes and competitions for all age groups.
The bonfire will be lit at approximately 6.30pm with the fireworks
display starting at 7.00pm.
PLEASE DO NOT BRING FIREWORKS.
The cost of the fireworks is included within the site fee.

Dancing and entertainment for the young and not quite so young,
Raffle, Bottle of Whisky and Coke rolls, a carol from our committee
and of course " The 12 days of Christmas " Bring your own drinks
and some food if you wish but the Committee will be providing a
buffet for all. Don't forget that this is the last chance to distribute
your Christmas cards. Start time 7.00pm for 7.30pm

Social Night |
Trev Melton and his Ashfield crew will be hosting the Social party
tonight from 7:00pm start time. There will be music and some
games. I hear that we should all have some fun with one of the old
favourites - "Play your Card Right". You may bring as much of your
own food as you like but sorry no drinks as there is a bar.

Entirely due to Leisure Centre error of double booking. |
Hucknall Leisure Centre 7:00pm to 9:00pm. This is a fantastic night
of family swimming and sports. The family Swimming is from
7:00pm to 8:00pm, followed by the amazing "Wet & Wild" hour from
8:00pm to 9:00pm where everyone joins in for one of the most
manic and memorable sessions you will ever encounter. Most other
sports are also available including, badminton, table tennis,
basketball, five a side football, even a squash court is available to us
from 7:00pm to 9:00pm, any combination of these can be arranged,
so it's important to let Phil know just what you want -

Chairman's Dinner |
This is usually an excellent evening of a formal 7 course Dinner
followed by the opportunity to sit back, relax, then enjoy some live
entertainment and dancing. This year we are again looking to get
two or three tables for Notts DA.
Camping is available on site at £6 per night or there are rooms for
booking at the nearby Travelodge. Dinner is approx £28 per person.
